6300 Family of DC-DC Buck Converters

Intel® has developed an extensive family of efficiency-optimized DC-DC buck (step-down) converters with integrated inductors. These power systems-on-chip (PowerSoC) solutions enable the industry's smallest solution footprint and are recognized for their high efficiency, exceptional thermal performance, low noise, high reliability and ease of use. Unlike discrete power products, Intel's turnkey solutions give designers complete power management systems that are fully simulated, characterized, validated and production qualified.
