Toshiba’s TCR series are a small package CMOS LDO regulator ICs. They are high performance LDOs in compact packages, making it ideal for small form-factor applications.
These products have low dropout and low noise output. The lineup offers output currents up to 500 mA with a variety of packages available. Output voltage is fixed and there is a wide lineup of parts offering output voltages from 1.0 to 5.0 V.
These parts have native features such as inrush current limiting, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and automatic output discharges. They are appropriate for analog circuits, cameras, and all of the most demanding LDO applications.
