Ohmite's AP101 series offers 100 W of power dissipation in an industry standard TO-247 package. Using thick film and an advanced thermal design helps achieve this great wattage capability using a proper heatsink. If a heatsink is not available the AP101 can dissipate 3.5 W in free air. Great temperature coefficients down to 50 ppm and a non-inductive design maintain stability .The TO-247 package is electrically isolated from the back plate with up to 1800 V of insulation. Standard values from 0.05 Ω to 10 K Ω available. Common applications included power supplies, power regulation and medium power loads.
