Mini-Breaker (Thermal Cutoff Devices) Design Kits

Bourns is pleased to announce the release of five Komatsulite™ mini-breaker (thermal cutoff device) design kits. These are for the HC series, LC series, KCA series, and NR series mini-breaker, overtemperature and overcurrent protectors. Komatsulite’s innovative mini-breaker devices enable long battery life, high-current draw, and fast recharge while providing an effective mechanism to protect against overtemperature and overcurrent conditions.

Komatsulite’s family of mini-breakers complement Bourns’ broad offering of PTC resettable fuses and TBU® high-speed protectors for overcurrent protection as well as their wide range of overvoltage protectors such as TVS diodes, TISP® thyristors, multilayer varistors, and gas discharge tubes.
