SiTime’s ultra-small low-frequency µPower MEMS oscillators are designed specifically for wearable, IoT, and mobile applications where space and power are critical. µPower MEMS oscillators replace quartz-based oscillators and XTALs, and provide new architectural options that dramatically lower system power and size. SiTime’s 32 kHz oscillators and TCXOs offer best-in-class frequency stability and NanoDrive™ output to minimize output power. The 1 MHz to 26 MHz oscillators have low phase jitter for portable audio applications and configurable drive strength to drive multiple loads or reduce EMI.
