ST2045C-Series of Energy-Efficient Schottky Rectif

SMC Diode Solutions' ST2045C, STB2045C, STF2045C, and STD2045C are a family of energy-efficient, common cathode, trench MOS Schottky rectifiers available in industry-standard TO-220AB, D²PAK, ITO-220AB, and DPAK packages. The devices have extremely low total conduction losses, made possible by ultra-low forward voltage and low reverse leakage current. The high forward-current rating and common cathode configuration make these devices ideal as output rectifiers in high-frequency switching supplies and DC/DC converter applications.
