Wired Broadband Amplifiers

The MACOM MAAM-011220 is an 18.5 dB gain, high linearity, low-noise-figure gain block operating from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz. This amplifier is delivered in an industry-standard 3-lead SOT-89 plastic package and can be biased at either 8 V or 5 V depending on available voltage rails and system requirements.

The MAAL-011136 is a broadband, ultra-low-noise figure amplifier operating from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz. This device provides 20 dB of flat gain, low distortion with 16 dB S22 making it ideally suited as input stage for low-cost fiber-to-the-X (FTTX) optical receivers and other 75 Ω infrastructure applications.

The MAAM-011162 is a single-ended high-linearity, low-noise-figure amplifier covering both up and downstream bands of 5 MHz to 1218 MHz. This device is assembled in a 3-lead SOT-89 plastic package and provides 18 dB of flat gain in both upstream and downstream applications.

The MAAM-011163 is a 19 dB gain differential amplifier covering both upstream and downstream band 5 MHz to 1218 MHz. Assembled in a SOIC-8EP plastic package, this device offers noise figure of 2.4 dB and OIP3 of 42 dBm.

The MAAM-011240 is a 17 dB gain differential amplifier covering both upstream and downstream bands 5 MHz to 1218 MHz. Assembled in a SOIC8EP plastic package, this device offers noise figure of 2.6 dB and OPI3 of 44 dBm.

The MAAM-011229 is a broadband 0.05 GHz to 4 GHz ultra-low-noise amplifier. The 19 dB flat gain with adjustable current is appropriate in LNA applications for V-ONU, test and measurement, MILCOM, and public service radio 50 Ω applications.

The MABA-009210-CT1760 is a 1:1 RF transmission line transformer in a low-cost, surface-mount package. It is ideally suited for high volume CATV/ broadband application and is suitable for use in 50 Ω and 75 Ω systems.
