S32K116/K118 Automotive-Qualified MCUs

NXP's S32K is a scalable family of AEC-Q100 qualified 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F and Cortex-M0+ based MCUs engineered for general-purpose automotive and high-reliability industrial applications.

The S32K11x automotive Arm Cortex microcontrollers are leading the introduction of CAN-FD and security in small CAN nodes while making it easy to implement ISO 26262 functional safety support. These MCUs provide a full ecosystem of IDE, production-grade SDK, and AUTOSAR packages to reduce development cost and time-to-market.
