Zener diodes of good quality. Esr tester showed the minimum 2.90-checked a dozen. Didn't know how to test their power. Googling learned that 1 w must be a current of 300ma to keep and 0.5 160-180ma pts at high heat. Led 3.3 v at 200ma extinguished with 18650. The heating of these zener diodes is not present and therefore not strictly 0.5 w namely 1 w). Shipping couple but quickly i do not remember somewhere a month.
