Yes, they work well. The voltage is set and the current is maximum permissible, when exceeded, switched in protection with voltage drop. Tested to 3a, the chip is heated with 2.4a and above. The assembly design did not matter. Three lamps, green work, blue charge is normal, red voltage reset protection. Installed in the battery on lithium batteries in the motorcycle, turned on through a 3a diode and maximally limited to 2.8a. The assembly works, starts and charges. I recommend.

Screwed the horizon to the old tv column. Works great. Powered by a fee of 12 v, 1 a, bought in a nearby store. There is one channel and the volume set to about 2/3 of the maximum
