MP163A AC/DC Converters
MPS MP163A AC/DC Converters are non-isolated offline regulators with an integrated Low dropout regulator (LDO) and provide constant voltage regulation without an optocoupler. These regulators support buck, boost, buck-boost, and flyback topologies and have an integrated 700V MOSFET to reduce cost by simplifying the structure. The MP163 converters are green-mode operation regulators. As the load decreases both the peak current and switching frequency decrease. The MP163A converters feature thermal shutdown, VCC Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Overload Protection (OLP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Open-Loop Protection. The applications include standby power, home appliances, white goods, industrial controls, and consumer electronics.Learn more
