The product is as described and works flawlessly (keep in mind that sometimes you have to desolder the chip from the board in order to read it without errors). It doesn't come with its software, but that is to be expected. My only complaint is about the packaging. I know this product is very cheap and that you have to make money, but a slightly better packaging would be appreciated, as my item came with a few bent pins (as showed in the photos). They worked perfectly fine once I straightened them.
