I bought from the seller irf3205. Delivery to samara is 1,5 months. Checked the transistors. Resistance stock-source (rds) in sent transistors about 0,05 ohms!!! The original irf3205 rds should not be more than 0,008 ohms. That is, 6 times less than sent transistors!!! The capacity of the shutter (ciss) in sent transistors 1800pf. The original irf3250 ciss should have about 3247 pf. That is, 2 times more than the sent transistor. Maximum voltage vds = 75 volts. The price is low but transistors are not irf3205!!! Opened and won a dispute for a refund.
