Very good device. Delivers what is promised: up to 3 Amps, output voltage is stable at 5V with minimal ripple even when fully loaded down. Has a built-in overcurrent protection and won't go over the limit.Great if you've got a bunch of spare 18650s, I'll use this with cells I grabbed from old laptop battery packs.
