Shit full. Open datasheet-there must be a transition resistance of 17.5 mohm at 25a. We start the test. Gradually we begin to increase the current and observe the voltage between the gate and the drain. Already at 1a the voltage rose to 2.5 v. And the transistor became hot as a stove in just a few seconds. It's tinplate, 2.5 ohm! Further experiment did not make sense, as still nothing good to expect should not be!
