ATXMEGA64A3-MH More Information

AVR® XMEGA™ Microcontrollers: Microchip AVR® XMEGA™ 8-bit and 16-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) combine second generation picoPower™ technology, 1.6V operation, and fast 12-bit analog functions. The Microchip devices also include a DMA controller, an innovative Event System, a crypto engine, and multiple communication modules and timer/counters. The MCUs have a maximum speed of 12MHz at 1.6V and 32MHz from 2.7V. XMEGA devices use the same CPU and instruction set as other 8-bit AVR products. All XMEGA family members are pin and code compatible. The devices are ideal for industrial control, medical, and ZigBee® applications.
