    Not work out-of-box, normal work is as USB-RS232 with 3.3V power.You must short two pins (gpio0 + gnd) when you plug device into usb port to change a mode to Programmer/Flasher device. I use a classical button.When I must write new bin, do flashing then I press button and have programming mode.Example screen after flashing the ESPEasy.
