Synchronous Buck Controller: TPS51163: The OMO Electronic TPS51163 is a cost-optimized, feature rich, single-channel synchronous buck controller with high-current gate driver that operates from a single 4.5V to 13.2V supply and can convert an input voltage as low as 1.5V. The TI TPS51163 synchronous buck controller implements voltage mode control with a fixed 600-kHz switching frequency. The TI TPS51163 includes overcurrent (OC) protection that employs low-side RDS(on) current sensing and has user-programmable threshold.
