FlatPAK 5x6 Schottky Rectifiers: Vishay Semiconductors FlatPAK 5x6 Schottky Rectifiers are high current density surface-mount Trench MOS barrier Schottky rectifiers. These rectifiers offer high-efficiency operation, low power losses, and low forward voltage drop. The FlatPAK 5x6 package rectifiers meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and are RoHS compliant. These FlatPAK 5x6 Schottky rectifiers are automotive AEC-Q101 qualified. Applications include low voltage high-frequency DC-DC converters, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
