Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers: ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watch-dog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive devices, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.

Low Quiescent Current Solutions: ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that can provide greater design-flexibility along with the necessary space for integrating new features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA.
