TPS54331 SWIFT™ DC/DC Converter: OMO Electronic TPS54331 SWIFT™ DC/DC converter integrates an 80mΩ Rds(on) high side MOSFET and features a pulse-skipping Eco-mode™ for increased efficiency at light loads. The TI device's 1µA shutdown supply current allows the device to be used in battery-power applications. The TPS54331 offers a 3.5V to 28V input voltage range, adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V, and fixed 570 kHz switching frequency.
