The diodes have large cross-sectional area junctions. These junctions conduct high transient currents. The TVS diodes feature fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. The µClampxx71P series have a 2-pin SGP1610N2 (1.6x1.0x0.57mm) package with lead-free NiPdAu finished leads. Low clamping voltage and high surge current capability make the diodes ideal for harsh transient environments. Various operating voltage options are available.
