The random-phase, zero-cross triac driver optocouplers offer a wide available operating range of -55 to +100ºC and peak blocking voltages from 250V to 800V. The 6-pin DIP phototransistor optocouplers feature low-profile surface mount availability, high collector-emitter breakdown voltage, a wide selection of current transfer ratio (CTR) ranges, and more.
