PI3A288 SPDT Analog Switch IC: Diodes Incorporated PI3A288 SPDT Analog Switch IC is a dual switch with negative signal handling capability at all ports. This ultra-small device features ultra-low THD, low on-resistance, and high ESD-protected switch. Diodes Incorporated PI3A288 provides a soft-start and soft-stop feature to minimize signal distortion during channel switching. This switch operates at a wide power supply voltage of 1.65V to 4.3V. Features include high off-isolation of -85dB at 30kHz, and low on-resistance of 0.35Ω at 1.8V supply. Applications include cell phones, MP3 players, computer peripherals, audio and signal routing, relay replacement, power routing, and modems.Learn more
