Littelfuse TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TVS Diodes are used to protect semiconductor components from high-voltage transients. Their p-n junctions have a larger cross-sectional area than those of a normal diode, allowing them to conduct large currents to ground without sustaining damage. Littelfuse supplies TVS Diodes with peak power ratings from 200W to 30kW, and reverse standoff voltages from 5V to 600V. Littelfuse SMAJ, SMBJ, SMCJ, SMDJ, P6KE, and 1.5KE TVS devices are ideal for the protection of I/O Interfaces, Vcc bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.Learn More
1.5SMC Series Diodes
Bourns 1.5SMC Series Diodes are designed for surge and ESD protection applications in compact chip package DO-214AB (SMC) size format. The series offers a choice of 6.8V up to 550V Breakdown Voltages. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond for unidirectional devices and less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional devices from 0V to Minimum Breakdown Voltage.
TVS Diodes
Bourns surface mount TVS diodes are low capacitance devices that provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices such as cellular phones, handheld electronics and other portable electronic devices. Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.
