Diodes Incorporated GDZxxLP3 Zener Diodes are ultra-small leadless surface mount Zener diodes. These diodes offer a nominal Zener voltage that ranges between 2.7V and 24V. The GDZxxLP3 diodes offer low leakage current and are suitable for battery-powered applications. These Zener diodes operate between the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and meets the moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020 standard.Learn more
