    The device does not work. When the batteries are fully charged, with a current of up to 0.9a and power from the network everything works. When power from the network disappears, there is power from the battery. If the battery sat on ~ 30% and there is a load above 0.15a, the battery will never charge, and will continue to discharge. Once the battery voltage drops to 2.95 v-the load starts to pulse, approximately with a frequency of 2-3 hz, that is, disappears, appears, and so in the cycle. The batteries will start charging only when the current is not higher than 0,1 a.3.3 v output outputs 3.3 v voltage only when in 3,3 volt batteries or more. If the batteries are below 3.3 v, then the output voltage of the batteries, that is, 3 v, and can 2.8 v, etc...So the device works correctly only under load up to ~ 100ma and until the battery voltage drops below 3,0 v. If the voltage drops below 3.0 v, the output pulsations up to 2 volts.Summarize-the device does not work.
