Good afternoon! Received the parcel with pulse diodes, delivery month, packing is normal, not tracked. Came diodes 1n5819-1a and sr5200-5a. Voltage drop 217 and 358 mv respectively, which says-pulse. Connected to the output of the lbp (frequency at the output-up to 150 khz) with a load in the form of a lamp, a small diode held up to 1.4a for 2 minutes, heated terribly, but as a result-the qualities have not lost, voltage drop 217mv, only marking peeled off. A large diode held up to 2.4a, heating is not critical, could not load anymore. In the photo, huge diodes are ordinary silicon at 10a. From me-i recommend! Thank you for your attention!
