Sent quickly. It came quickly. Packed well. Only suspicious they are. It seems that they were either soaked or stored in a damp place. Fixing nuts are rust, and transformer winding is green. Efficiency has not yet checked, but the damp could hurt anything. I'll check -- i'll add.
