DB2F/DB2G Schottky Barrier Diodes: Panasonic DB2F/DB2G Schottky Barrier Diodes are ultra-small schottky barrier diodes designed for power circuits. These devices have low forward voltage, fast recovery time, low junction capacitance. Each device is capable of handling high forward current in an extremely small package for applications where PC board space is at a premium.

DBxxxxxxL Series Schottky Diodes: Panasonic's DBxxxxxxL Series Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) feature a fine diffusion process through the adoption of a JBS (Junction Barrier Schottky) structure. By utilizing a JBS structure, Panasonic has achieved an industry leading SBD series with Low VF and Low IR. This results in a product that has a smaller footprint, without sacrificing performance. The new DBxxxxxxL Series is an efficient, space saving solution that offers thin and small packaging.
