These ESD Suppressor diodes are available in 3.3V, 5.0V and 12V versions. The 0402 (SOD-923F) packages feature low leakage current, a response time of less than one nanosecond, and offer uni-directional or bi-directional protection. The devices offered in the 0201/DFN0603 package are ideal for consumers calling for products that are smaller, thinner, and when real estate space is a concern.
