Diodes Incorporated TLV272x Operational Amplifiers: Diodes Incorporated TLV272x Operational Amplifiers expand the capabilities of the TLC27x series of op amps by providing a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7V over the extended industrial temperature range and adding the rail-to-rail output swing feature. TLV272x Operational Amplifiers offer 2MHz bandwidth from only 550μA supply current. CMOS inputs enable use in high-impedance sensor interfaces with lower voltage operation for battery-powered applications. Fully specified for 5V and ±5V supplies, designers can operate these devices from a variety of rechargeable cells from ±8V down to ±1.35V. The 2.7V operation of the TLV272x Operational Amplifiers makes these devices compatible with Li-Ion powered systems and many of the micro-power microcontrollers available today.Learn More
