The components provide a robust and cost-effective through hole solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The DO-201 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, high surge current rating, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS compliant.
