H-Bridge Drivers: The ROHM Semiconductor H-bridge drivers are available in a variety of different supply voltages and a range of output currents for wide applicability. The H-bridge driver series for DC brush motors includes supply voltages of 7V, 18V, and 36V and output currents of 0.5A, 1A, and 2A. These ROHM devices achieve low power consumption and high efficiency. Built-in protection circuits protect the IC and load from damage and ensure greater reliability. These H-bridge drivers are ideal for a wide range of devices, including AV equipment such as DC/DVD players and business equipment such as printers.

DC Brush Motor Drivers: ROHM Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers are reversible driver ICs designed for specifically for brush motor applications. DC Brush Motor Drivers can operate at a wide power supply voltage range from 5.5V to 36V, with output currents of up to 3A. ROHM DC Brush Motor Driver ICs drive brush motors via H-Bridge and incorporate Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), brake, and forward/reverse modes. ROHM DC Brush Motor Drivers are offered in a wide range of voltages, currents, pin configurations, and package types for design flexibility.
