RP122x Series LDO Regulators
Ricoh RP122x Series LDO Regulators provide low output noise, high ripple rejection, and fast performance characteristics achieved by low supply current. These LDO regulators save space by adopting 4-pin small package without noise bypass capacitor. The RP122x LDO regulators provide long duration of operation for battery-powered equipment by low supply current of 9.5µA. These LDO regulators operate at an input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.25V and at a temperature range from -40ºC to 85ºC.
