IR7106S High and Low Side Gate Driver: Infineon Technologies IR7106S High and Low Side Gate Driver is a high-voltage and high-speed power MOSFET/insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) gate driver. This driver is lead-free, available in 8-lead SOIC package, and has independent high-side and low-side output channels. The operating temperature of this driver is from -40°C to 125°C and it is designed for use with bootstrap power supplies. The IR7106S gate driver supplies up to 20V per channel with matched propagation delays for every channel. Applications include appliance motor drives, servo drives, micro inverter drives, general purpose three phase inverters, fan, and pump.
