NCP163 250mA Low Dropout Regulators: ON Semiconductor NCP163 250mA Ultra-Low Noise and High PSRR Low Dropout Regulators offer ultra-low noise and high PSRR. The LDOs also provide outstanding load/line transients, and are designed to work with a 1µF input and output capacitor. The NCP163 is developed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits. The regulators are available in three packages WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.33mm, WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.4mm, and XDFN4 1mm x 1mm x 0.4mm.
