These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A, with positive, negative and multiple outputs.

H-grade products offer 100% testing at hot, typically 125ºC or 150ºC. H-grade products are sample tested at cold (-40ºC) with an expanded sample size and zero allowed failures.

LT3010 LDO Regulators: Linear Technology / Analog Devices LT3010 Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are linear regulators that offer low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. These LDO regulators facilitate operation with very small output capacitors and are stable with 1µF capacitance on the output. The LT3010 LDO regulators offer internal protection circuitry that includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting, and reverse current protection.
