ROHM BD95835EFJ Synchronous Buck Converter: ROHM's BD95835EFJ Synchronous Buck Converter is a single channel synchronous buck converter that can generate a wide range of output voltages at the input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. A space-saving and high efficient switching regulator can be achieved due to the built-in N-Channel MOSFET power transistors. The IC also incorporates constant ON TIME control mode which facilitates ultra-high transient response against changes in load. Variable soft start function, short circuit protection and over voltage protection are incorporated into the device as well.
