ICM-42605 Low-Power 6-Axis MEMS Motion Sensor

InvenSense's ICM-42605 6-axis MotionTracking™ device combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a small 2.5 mm x 3 mm x 0.91 mm (14-pin LGA) package. The ICM-42605 includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The device features an operating voltage range of 1.7 V to 3.6 V. The host interface supports I3CSM protocol at speeds up to 12.5 MHz (data rates up to 12.5 Mbps in SDR-mode and 25 Mbps in DDR-mode), I2C protocol at speeds up to 1 MHz, and SPI protocol at speeds up to 24 MHz.
